Even though we are sedentary beings, at this moment of great mutation, we must really move around, quick and speedy, like the weather of the seasons, because nothing nor no one waits for us. We want to witness and take part in the human evolution that approaches.
We believe that there is a solution to every problem: What mass are we made of? What inheritance do we carry with us? What value do we give to what we really wish for? We are aware that we are closer to what we want than we truly are, and that, we face the constant challenge to accept our markedly different characters from those of our ancestors.
That is why we have travelled back in time to the dress code of the 30’s and reconstructed a formal look in which rustic style wool is combined with that of great nobility, in a mandatory juxtaposition of the three-piece suit, without excluding the overcoat, round- collared shirts , striped white shirts, adorned with a bowtie or open to show the undershirt beneath, with buttons. The short trousers, with a straight cut, are held with suspenders and go well with either laced shoes or small-healed or fringed boots. The cap brings back a stylish and naive look.
We have designed “backpack coats”, to symbolize the things we carry in our day to day, in this wonderful adventure that is life and on this intergalactic journey of the soul. We have created a more casual look in which the high collar continues as a mark of independence; “shelters” are back in full force and there we can not afford to do away with a more practical attitude, that of any traveller, ready to hop around the world in a comfortable pair of sneakers.
We even defied the forces of nature by substituting buttons with shoulder straps, held by tic-tacs and carabiners and attached to a giant pocket, like a type of “bag”. This way we feel closer to our values that we will not give up and that we want to hold on to for all eternity, in the demanding nature of all new experiences, instagrammed in great style, and made more noble due to the skin’s excellent memory.
From the shadow of this cold night, my blue Atlantic sea continues here, just like the red-clawed nobility, and from where I am now to where I am going, my eyes are filled with “green” hope, upon which my stars are shining brightly.
Complete tolerance and in perfect harmony: as long as the caps and shoes are worn well, the overcoats will stand out on their own, together with their high collars, in a return to classic menswear, once again in the vanguard, in a mix of multiple options, origins, languages, beliefs and football teams, with suitcases in hand while travelling throughout the world.
