From an early age, Beatriz Julião develops a connection with the artistic area, leading her to study Show Plastic Realization at the António Arroio Artistic School. Afterwards she enrolls the Fashion Design course at Modatex - Lisbon, where she learns how to express herself through textiles.
In 2018, she interns with the designer Filipe Faísca as an assistant, working in the spring/summer 19/20 collection.
As a designer, Beatriz Julião is interested in the intersection of ideas between the past and the future, usually found in a present that can never be dissociated from those two dimensions.

“Re-Present” is a balance and a duality between the past and the future through the appreciation of the classics, in the rediscovery of fluid, decorated and voluminous pieces. In the future it is found the need to preserve the nature and the environment, which is formalized in the collection through the reuse of denim, by giving a new life to old pieces that already carry a story within them.
“Re-Present” is an idealized longing and a future dream, materialized in a real present. It is the past within the present, projected into a future that is us.
