Thomas Vasseur graduated from ESMOD Fashion Design in Roubaix, and is a fashion designer from the French northern region Hauts-de-France, where he grew up surrounded by his grandparents, who worked as faïence makers. After catching the attention of professionals while presenting his graduation collection (as he was awarded with multiple prizes), he specialized in bespoke tailoring at Burberry and then met Christian Lacroix, whom he has been assisting in various creative projects since 2012. Full of inspiration from his travels, sometimes real ones, sometimes imaginary ones, he launched his brand Voir(e) and his creative studio in 2016, supported by Caroline, his alter ego.
Voir(e): small collection of great stories. Through Voir(e)’s collections, Thomas Vasseur suggests another approach to male classics by offering an annual wardrobe. The pieces tell stories, invite you to travel, to escape, to go and discover beautiful lands. Stories go on and on and on. They combine, separate, complement each other, even with assumed pieces. Inspiration can be found in singular and poetic pieces with ethnic and historical details, closely interwoven with everyday life elements: clothes to live in.
